Fair Practice Code

This Fair Practice Code is adopted by Satsai Finlease Private Limited (RBI Reg. B-14.01646), Quikkred's lending partner, and reflects our commitment to fair and transparent dealings with every borrower, in line with the RBI Fair Practices Code for NBFCs.

1. Loan application

  • We communicate all loan details clearly in the vernacular or language of the borrower's choice wherever feasible
  • Application forms are simple and contain all necessary disclosures
  • We acknowledge receipt of every application and disclose the time frame for processing
  • We do not discriminate based on gender, caste, religion, or physical ability

2. Loan appraisal and terms

  • Every applicant receives a Key Fact Statement (KFS) containing loan amount, interest rate, fees, tenure, and EMI before sanction
  • Rejections are communicated with reasons in writing
  • Penal interest rates for default are disclosed upfront in bold
  • No hidden charges — every fee is disclosed in the loan agreement

3. Disbursement and terms change

  • Disbursement is made only after KFS acceptance and all conditions are met
  • Any change in terms, interest rate, or charges is communicated in advance
  • Changes are applied prospectively only

4. Recovery practices

  • We do not resort to harassment, intimidation, or coercion in any recovery action
  • Our recovery agents follow RBI guidelines and our code of conduct strictly
  • Borrowers are contacted between 8 AM and 7 PM only, except with prior consent
  • We maintain detailed records of all recovery interactions

5. Grievance redressal

We operate a three-tier grievance redressal mechanism:

  • Level 1: Customer service team — resolved within 7 days
  • Level 2: Customer Relationship Manager Mr. Anuj Patel
  • Level 3: Nodal/Grievance Officer Mr. Manish Soni — resolved within 15 working days
  • Escalation: RBI Integrated Ombudsman (cms.rbi.org.in, toll-free 14448) if unresolved after 30 days

6. Regulation and supervision

All activities are subject to RBI regulation and supervision. We comply with the RBI Digital Lending Guidelines, Know Your Customer norms, and Anti-Money Laundering standards.

7. General

This code is reviewed annually and updated to reflect regulatory changes and best practices. The latest version is always available on this page.
